- You may log in to your zipForm account directly at zipformplus.com.
- If you are still having trouble logging into zipForm Plus or other Lone Wolf product issues please contact Lone Wolf support at https://ziplogix.com/support/ which includes options for chat, email, or phone contact information.
- My Lone Wolf product says I need to renew
- Verify your subscription status – Login to your orefonline.com account by choosing My Account. See (Forgot My Password) for additional assistance in accessing your account. The subscription to the OREF library is a one-year subscription. View your last order date on your My Account page – Orders.
- Update your customer ID – Your Oregon Real Estate License number or Oregon State Bar number is now your customer ID to use your subscription in your Lone Wolf product. Access your My Account page to make sure your license number is correct.
- Purchase or renew your forms – If your My Account Orders page indicates that your subscription is expired, click here to follow the steps to renew or purchase your OREF library.
- Update your Lone Wolf account – Once you have verified that your subscription is not expired and/or renewed your subscription, click here for steps to update your Lone Wolf account with your current OREF subscription.
- I receive an expired error on Lone Wolf but my account is active
- Verify that you do not have access to the OREF library in your Lone Wolf program or that the expiration date for the OREF library in the Shop page of your Lone Wolf program shows expired for OREF Library.
- Other products – if you are still able to access your OREF library Lone Wolf may be asking you to renew other products. Contact Lone Wolf support at: https://ziplogix.com/support/
- Lone Wolf is currently updating their programming and some accounts with an active OREF subscription may have an error. OREF is managing the issue with Lone Wolf leadership and development teams. Please click here to place a ticket with OREF.
