I am having technical difficulties with my Dotloop product or I cannot log in
You may log in to your Dotloop account directly at Dotloop.com. For your convenience, we have also included a link to Lone Wolf on our website under Forms – Logins in the top menu
If you are still having trouble logging into Dotloop or other technical issues please contact Dotloop support at https://support.dotloop.com/hc/en-us which includes options for chat, email, or phone contact information.
I just purchased Dotloop and need to add my OREF library
Verify your subscription status – Login to your orefonline.com account by choosing My Account. See (Forgot My Password) for additional assistance in accessing your account. The subscription to the OREF library is a one-year subscription. View your last order date in your My Account page – Orders.
Update your customer ID – Your Oregon Real Estate License number or Oregon State Bar number is now your OREF customer ID. Access your My Account page to make sure your license number is correct.
Register your OREF Library with Dotloop – Dotloop is currently updating its programming to automate the validation with OREF. In the meantime, click here to submit a request for verification to Dotloop. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your request to be processed. You may also send an email with your receipt from OREF to Dotloop support at support@dotloop.com
I do not have an OREF account but I have access to the OREF library in Dotloop
Verify you need an OREF account: Dotloop is currently working on updating their programming to ensure that every user with access to the OREF library has a valid subscription.
